Clutch Springs, Changing

 

RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER REMOVAL

Drain The Engine Oil.

Remove the exhaust system.

Remove the four socket bolts and clutch cover.

Remove the six socket bolts and timing hole cap cover.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove the 16 bolts and the right crankcase cover.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remove the two dowel pins.

 

 

 

 

Remove the right crankcase cover.

 

Remove the pressure plate bolts and springs one at a time, replacing the springs. Do this in a crisscross pattern.
